Map Scan scans and analyzes business listings to detect missing listings, incorrect information, duplicate/fragmented listings, and other listing-related inconsistencies across online directories and platforms. We may provide reports, recommendations, and corrective services depending on your plan or agreement.

We do not guarantee:

Inclusion or ranking on any platform

Third-party approval or acceptance

Improvement in SEO, lead flow, or business outcomes

You understand that results may vary based on third-party systems not controlled by Map Scan.

If an account is required, you agree to:

Provide accurate information

Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials

Accept responsibility for all account activity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

If fees apply, you agree to:

Pay all costs associated with your selected plan or service

Authorize Map Scan or its payment partners to process charges

Acknowledge that fees may be recurring unless stated otherwise

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Map Scan may offer optional SMS/text messaging programs to deliver:

Service notifications

Scan results & updates

Appointment reminders

Marketing and promotional messages (with consent)

Consent & Authorization

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive automated, prerecorded, and/or recurring SMS messages from Map Scan.

Consent is not required as a condition to purchase.

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary based on engagement, account activity, and service use.

Opt-Out

You may opt-out at any time by replying:

We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Use of services is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Map Scan shall not be liable for:

Lost profits

Business interruption

Lost data

Reputational damages

Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous three (3) months for the affected service.

Some states do not allow certain limitations; some portions may not apply.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Map Scan, its owners, employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:

Your violation of these Terms
